A huge honor for our sector: we welcomed Eng. Jaime Lillo, Executive Director of the International Olive Council (IOC). His presence at the 3rd Peruvian Olive and Olive Oil Salon 2025 highlights Tacna’s growing importance on the world stage.
Representing the Proyecto Olivo (DRAT), I had the chance to discuss quality standards and future goals. This event at the DM Hotel is a strategic hub for government, industry, and unions. Together, we are pushing our local excellence toward the international standards set in Madrid.
