Registered food industries engineer with an official master's degree in Olive Growing and Olive Oil from the University of Jaén, Spain, with 15 years of experience in the food sector specializing in Quality Assurance and Management in the olive oil industry, leading national and international audits and certifications for quality, traceability and GMP.

Co-author of the first children's book in Peru, 'Aprendiendo del olivo peruano' (Learning from the Peruvian Olive Tree), which won first place in the Books for Children category at the Gourmand World Cookbook Award 2023 held in Sweden.

Host of the online cultural program 'Mundo Olivo', aimed at educating, advising and promoting the technique, technology and quality of virgin olive oil, as well as encouraging its consumption. Member of Women in Olive Oil (WIOO).
